Line Cooks complete daily prep for Terminal 4 bar operations and keep the bar team ready for efficient service. This role is available part time or full time.

As a Prep Cook, you will:
Complete daily prep using established recipes and standards
Prepare, portion, label, and store ingredients properly
Keep prep areas, equipment, and storage clean and organized
Monitor prep levels and communicate product needs
Work closely with the bar team during service
Our Prep Cooks need to:
Follow food safety and sanitation practices
Work Wednesday through Sunday evenings
