Sushi Chef at SUSHI TONARI
[Salary]
£14–20 per hour (based on experience and skills) + tips
Minimum 3-month training period
[Requirements]
Minimum 3 years of experience as a sushi chef
Experience with Omakase is highly valued
Must be available for long-term (1 year or more)
Immediate start preferred
[Working Hours]
Shift-based between 9:30 AM – 10:45 PM
(9:30 AM – 9:45 PM on Sundays)
48 hours/week
Breaks provided
Shifts are scheduled every two weeks for easy planning

Based on shift schedule

As a sushi chef, you’ll be responsible for Omakase, customer service, and takeaway sushi menu items.

◎ Love hospitality and talking with people
◎ Are cheerful, positive, and work with a smile
◎ Are motivated, responsible, and aim to improve as part of the team

Knowledge of sake and wine is a big plus!
