Located in Mercato Mayfair, we offer Edo-style sushi.

【Wage】
During Probational Hourly wage of £12.21 plus tips

【Probationary Period 】
Minimum 3 Months

【Requirements】
 ・Available to work 3–5 days/week, at least 6 hours per shift
 ・Availability for 30–48 hours per week required.
・Able to work long-term (1 year or more)
 ・Immediate start preferred
 ・Restaurant service experience*Preferred

【Working Hours】
•⁠Shift-based between 9:30am – 10:45pm 　
   (9:30am – 9:45pm on Sundays only)
•⁠Shifts are arranged every weeks — flexible scheduling!
•⁠Breaks included
•⁠Evening-to-late shifts and available to work weekends especially welcome
