Position Overview
The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware. This position supports the entire team by ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and meets all cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, floors, and kitchen spaces
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Properly store clean dishes and equipment
• Assist with trash removal and recycling
• Support basic prep tasks as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep work areas organized and hazard-free

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, not required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
