Cain Manor, a breathtaking country house and wedding venue steeped in charm and romance, is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis. You will be mainly required to work weekends but we have the occasional sales day midweek.
About the Role:
As a Sales Manager at Cain Manor, you’ll be at the forefront of our success, working closely with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life. This role is perfect for someone who combines creativity, attention to detail, and a flair for building strong relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hosting engaging venue tours to showcase Cain Manor's timeless beauty at weekends during our open days
- Negotiating and securing bookings while meeting sales targets
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless experience for our couples
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for weddings, events, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience, ideally in hospitality, events, or luxury services
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to exceed expectations
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work weekends, this is a part-time position that can allow you to work around other commitments
