Description
Calexico in Park Slope Brooklyn is accepting resumes for Front of House positions including Bartenders & Runners/Bussers.
We are seeking professional Bartenders with practical experience, a positive attitude, and solid knowledge of food and beverage. We're a local neighborhood spot with a ton of regulars. We're looking for candidates who excel at customer service, hospitality, and enjoy the industry. This position will be crossed trained with Serving (experience is a plus).
We are also looking for Bussers/Runners with a sense of urgency able to maintain a clean dining room. Must be able to run 3-4 plates to their respective tables. Duties include but are not limited to assisting bar with closing duties, juicing for bar and batch prep, restocking etc.
We are looking for:
-Applicants who can start immediately
-Weekend availability is a must [Friday-Sunday], we are willing to work around school schedules if you can do a mix of weekdays and weekends
-Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant setting.
This is a part time position, as the summer season approaches there will be the possibility of turning into a full-time position.
