We’re now looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our opening team and help shape the future of our kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with passion, drive, and a deep love of food to make their mark on a new venue, one with heart, character, and ambition.
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience as a Junior Sous or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready for the next step
A genuine love of seasonal ingredients and thoughtful, flavour-led cooking
Strong leadership and communication skills, a calm, confident presence in the kitchen
A collaborative spirit and hands-on attitude, with an eagerness to support and learn
The desire to contribute to a progressive, people-first kitchen culture
