From the team behind Crispin and Bistro Freddie, Canal is the newest addition to our growing family, a vibrant waterside restaurant and bar celebrating quality ingredients, seasonal cooking, music, and community. Set in a stunning West London location, Canal is already carving out its identity as a warm, buzzing space built on creativity and confident hospitality.

We’re now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our opening team and help shape the future of our kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with passion, drive, and a deep love of food to make their mark on a new venue, one with heart, character, and ambition.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Jnr Sous Chef ready for the next step

  • A genuine love of seasonal ingredients and thoughtful, flavour-led cooking

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, a calm, confident presence in the kitchen

  • A collaborative spirit and hands-on attitude, with an eagerness to support and learn
