Location: Canal at Mason& Fifth, Westbourne Park
Salary: £14.77 - £15.77 - depending on experience
Schedule: Full Time & Part Time roles available
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not essential

As part of our Front of House Team at Canal, you'll be at the heart of a truly unique hospitality experience. Our waterside restaurant features a stunning terrace overlooking the canal, where guests can enjoy sunshine, incredible food, and occasional DJ sets from the adjacent music barge. You'll be serving not just hotel guests, but residents from the long-stay apartments, visiting artists from the Dazed Club residency program, musicians using the recording studio, and creative professionals working in the Meadow workspace.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Craft every coffee, tea, and drink with care, consistency, and a dash of personality, making sure each cup feels as good as it tastes.

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, friendly conversation, and attentive service.

• Keep your workspace looking as good as your latte art, clean, organised, and ready for action.

• Take orders and handle payments smoothly, making the process quick and easy for our guests.

• Jump in where needed, whether that’s making drinks, serving food, or helping the team during busy spells.

• Keep an eye on stock levels and flag when we’re running low, so we’re always ready for the next rush.

• Follow our hygiene and safety standards to keep both guests and the team safe.

• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift, supporting your teammates and sharing a bit of fun along the way.

• Stay curious, learning about our menu, perfecting your skills, and keeping up with new coffee trends.
