Canoe Studios, a premier Event Space & Photography Studio with a focus on providing Event Management, Catering, & Production experiences, is looking for a passionate, motivated and talented Studio Host to join our team. A small family owned group based in Chelsea Manhattan, we are in the heart of an ever expanding area founded to service brands like Lamborghini, Mclaren, Kering, Victoria Secret, Levis, Beyonce and many more. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a photography, hospitality and event background, looking to join a quickly growing team.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience in NYC Hospitality Industry
- Warm, Friendly, and Hospitable Disposition
-Team Player, willing to roll up your sleeves and help out
- Exceptional Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
- NYC Event Planning Experience
-Experience using TripleSeat preferred
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answer Phones and Route calls
- Host our daily guests and attend to their needs
- Assist in Managing our Studio Cafe
- Assist in the Handling of booking and executing private events
- Assist ion Scheduling, logistics, staffing and execution of events, working closely with Management team
- Prompt response time for all incoming event inquiries, through follow-up stage of event
- Manage upkeep of events program
- Event management shifts as needed
