An amazing opportunity has arisen to join Criterion Capital/Hospitality as an Electrician.

With four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced Electrician to join our Maintenance Team.

The role of electrician will involve supporting all the hotels in our portfolio with the following duties below.

• You will be responsible for Installing maintaining and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service lights, intercom systems, or electrical control systems etc.

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.

Requirements

• Up-to-date electrician’s licence.
• 2-3 years residential, commercial or hotel electrical experience.
• Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Experience with new builds, renovations, and historical restoration projects.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient equipment and products.
• Knowledge of national and local building codes.
• Use of testing equipment and hand tools.
• First aid certificate.
