Description

Caprice Holdings are now looking for a Head of Food Procurement to manage the group’s food cost base by:

 

·       supporting the development of best practice procurement with our culinary teams

·       negotiating favorable terms, conditions and pricing

·       monitoring supplier technical and legal compliance, market trends and their effect on the business.

·       contributing to the financial wellness of the wider business through implementation of a Group Procurement Policy which seeks to reduce cost without sacrificing quality and ethical standards.

 

Essential requirements;

 

·       Skillful in handling all stakeholder groups and creating networks

·       Excellent knowledge of food and hospitality / retail category management

·       A self-starter – able to demonstrate past experience of identifying and delivering business change and cost savings

 

The Caprice group encompasses London’s favourite restaurants, from some of the oldest and most classic establishments in London to its most exciting and innovative new openings. With a rich history and long-standing reputation within the hospitality industry, Caprice Holdings offer structured career paths and effective training at every level to ensure your development.  This role has reach across all Group business (Caprice Holdings, The Ivy Collection, Bill’s Restaurants and The Birley Clubs) and would suit either a Category Manager or Head of Procurement with food experience or a Chef with procurement experience.
