Description

HR Coordinator – Caprice Holdings

Location: Head Office, London

Reports to: Senior HR Manager

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Caprice Holdings:

At Caprice Holdings, we are proud to operate some of the most iconic restaurants in London and beyond – from the timeless glamour of Scott’s to the vibrant energy of Sexy Fish. With a focus on exceptional service and unparalleled experiences, our people are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role:

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, high-profile hospitality environment. We are ideally wanting to support and mentor someone in their career journey with the prospect of growing this role into a HR Advisor role.

You’ll provide crucial administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, exceptional attention to detail, and a professional, welcoming experience for all our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support for the HR team across all sites and Head Office.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on our HRIS.
  • Assist with the onboarding and induction processes for Head Office new starters.
  • Oversee the People email inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely, confidential, and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports and data trackers as required (e.g. starters/leavers, absence, holidays, right to work).
  • Support in the administration of employee visa sponsorship and ER cases (e.g. note taking at disciplinary and grievance meetings, and supporting in letter writing).
  • Support the delivery of HR initiatives (e.g. the monthly newsletter, employee and management training) across the business.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate data transfer for starters, leavers, and any pay changes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in an HR or administrative role (hospitality background is a plus)
  • Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards) preferred but not essential

Join our team and be a part of a distinguished establishment committed to delivering unparalleled hospitality.

We promote a working environment in which equal opportunity and diversity is recognised, valued, and encouraged.
