We have been passionate about people enjoying great-tasting and 100% traceable speciality coffee ever since we started roasting in the basement of our first restaurant fourteen years ago. Today, we’re a B Corp certified roaster, supplying coffee fresh from the Loring Peregrine S70 at our North London roastery to a range of growing customers, including our nine restaurants and three Brew Bars.
The production team are our last step in supplying great tasting, well presented coffee on-time to our online, out-of-home and retail customers. They are responsible for bagging our range of roasted coffees in line with the daily production plan and our quality standards. Plus, fulfilling and packing all orders accurately and in advance of courier collections. All whilst maintaining excellent food safety standards, accurate inventory levels and stock takes. They are the problem solvers ensuring that we can deliver exceptional and consistent customer service to tight deadlines every day.
Minimum 27 hours p/week with ability to cover up to 45 hours p/week. Based at our Islington roastery (N7 9DP) with alternating shifts 8am to 5pm and 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
Requirements for the role
Team player: You’ll be working with the wider production, roasting and customer service team to keep production and fulfilment running on track
Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently execute our quality standards
Self sufficient problem solver
Comfortable with working to tight daily courier and production deadlines
Health & safety and food safety trained
High standards of cleanliness and presentation
Stock control knowledge
Strong IT literacy
Production or warehouse fulfilment experience
