The Role:
As the leader of our strategic growth channel of ‘core speciality’, which includes our hero target growth channel of speciality cafes, bakeries & coffee shops, alongside secondary channels of pubs, bars and restaurants, you will own and spearhead the growth of our national strategy and be the key driver of the delivery of the revenue goals. This role is about more than just the numbers, you’ll be a thought leader in the coffee community, putting Caravans name front and centre in the speciality coffee community by continuing to build your network in our community.
Alongside being the key contributor to the delivery of the numbers, you will manage the supporting Account Management team of Account Manager and Training Manager, whilst playing a supporting role in the management of our Manchester Roastery Manager, who will be executing your growth strategies in the North. We pride ourselves on striving to give ‘best in class’ once we’ve won an account, you’ll be developing what this looks like and upholding those standards.
