Caravan is heading to Manchester this summer! With the opening day set for early August, we're searching for an outstanding team to help us launch our first location outside of London. Our new spot will feature its very own coffee roastery, an outdoor terrace, an innovative bar with amazing cocktails and takeaway craft coffee options—all wrapped in a stunning New Zealand-inspired aesthetic.

We’re now looking for a Barista to join our journey. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to be part of something truly special. You will be at the helm of a vibrant new restaurant, where you can shape an exceptional dining experience from day one. You'll have the opportunity to lead and work with a dynamic team and be instrumental in introducing Caravan's unique blend of coffee culture, amazing drinks, and culinary excellence to the people of Manchester. If you're ready for a new venture and a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.

To say thanks for choosing us, we also offer our Barista and all teams:

  • Free meals & drinks when working
  • Dining discount when visiting with family & friends.
  • Coffee discount
  • Bike to work scheme
  • Mental health and well-being support
  • Financial health education and support
  • Leadership training and development
  • Birthday & Anniversary Treat - on your birthday and on your work anniversary, you'll receive a Caravan voucher to spend in any of our restaurants
  • Development and career progression, 80% of all our management roles are filled internally.

What you'll be doing as a Caravan Barista

  • You’ll be delivering our ‘Caravan of Love’ style of customer experience by working with the rest of the team
  • You'll be serving up our ‘well-travelled’ food and drink, which is inspired by flavours from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels.
  • You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills
  • You’ll take ownership of your role and thrive in a busy section.
