Group Bar Manager
Location: London and Manchester, with travel across all Caravan sites
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Group Bar Manager to help us take our bars to the next level, creating warm, welcoming, and exceptional hospitality experiences that feel just as special as the food and drinks we serve.
This role is all about people, consistency, great service, and setting the bar high. You’ll be out there on the floor, leading by example, making sure every drink is crafted with care, every spec is followed, and every customer feels looked after.
The role will involve flexibility with hours and a clear expectation of working evenings and weekends to improve bar standards with the teams and a focus on improving the speed of service on the bars whilst still making the drinks creatively and with operational efficiency.
While we partner with a fantastic external consultant for drinks development and creative innovation, you’ll be the one bringing it all to life: coaching teams, embedding standards, and setting the rhythm of service in every one of our bars.
