The role: We are looking for a professional Breakfast Chef to amaze the guests of our establishment with excellent cooking according to the Executive Chef's specifications. Your work will be an important factor to the guest experience here. The ultimate goal is to expand our clientele and reputation to ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities include:

·         Preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast service to the highest standard

·         Provide a consistently high level of food service at all times through knowledge of menu items and awareness of commodities used, preparation, methods and cooking

·         Assisting as necessary with stock controls and identifying methods for improving food service

·         Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety standards and kitchen hygiene

Schedule: 

·         Monday to Friday

·         Weekends

Job Types: Full-time

Successful candidates will have:

·         Ability to run and maintain breakfast service

·         Experience in a similar role within a high quality establishment and ability to produce quality food to the highest standard

·         A strong attention to detail

·         An excellent work ethic, organisation and communication skills

·         Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment and maintain a consistently high standard of food delivery under pressure.

·         A Friendly and approachable personality
