Cardiff has felt part of the Mowgli family from day one not so long ago lead by the lovely GM Carys and Danko who started as a line chef in Liverpool back in 2016 now Head Chef.

The team are close but love to give a warm Welsh welcome to new faces, always keen to host trainees.
