In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Back of House Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional food and service to our customers!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all back-of-house operations to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation.
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Managing inventory, monitoring food stock levels, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies.
• Collaborating with the Front of House Supervisor to ensure seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.
• Handling kitchen-related issues and resolving them promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Supporting staff training and development to uphold Carl’s Jr.’s high standards of food quality and service.
• Creating a positive, productive work environment where the kitchen team can thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team.
• A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• A deep understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
