Back of House Preparation Team Member Opportunity

Carl's Jr. has been serving up delicious, high-quality burgers and shakes since 1941. From humble beginnings with just $15 and a hot dog cart in California, Carl’s Jr. has grown into a global brand with nearly 4,000 locations across over 44 countries. In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Back of House Preparation Team Members to help us deliver exceptional food and service to our guests!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items, ensuring everything is prepped to perfection.
• Assisting with the daily preparation of fresh produce, meats, sauces, and other ingredients according to our recipes and standards.
• Ensuring all ingredients are stored properly, following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organised prep station, ensuring efficiency and safety in the kitchen.
• Assisting with stock rotation and inventory management to ensure fresh ingredients are always available.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth transitions during service and accurate order fulfilment.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team with various tasks, including cleaning and organising the kitchen area.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment where the entire kitchen team thrives.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for food preparation and delivering high-quality ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and recipes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential!
