Description

Chef Andrew Carmellini is seeking MAITRE D to join him at Carne Mare at Pier 17 in the Seaport District of Manhattan.

Carne Mare is a new, state of the art Italian chophouse by Chef Andrew Carmellini located at the Seaport District.

Ideal candidates possess:

*Oversee the dining room and make it a warm and welcoming place.
*Actively take and process reservations.
*Answer incoming calls and questions.
*Ensure all guests have an exemplary dining experience.
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player.
*Assist in coordinating the activities of dining room personnel to provide fast friendly service to guests.
*Great communication skills.
*Have a general food and wine knowledge.
