The Carpenters Arms is a charming countryside pub nestled in the picturesque farmland of Tonbridge, Kent. With nine cosy hotel rooms, we provide a warm and welcoming retreat for both locals and visitors alike.

We’re on the lookout for a hotel breakfast supervisor  to join our team! Personality is key—you’ll be one of the reasons our guests keep coming back. A big smile and a genuine, friendly welcome for every guest are essential.

Shifts are mainly 7-4pm 5 days a week

Hotel experience is a must for the role , a minium of 1 years experience required .

We’re looking for proactive, passionate individuals who support our pub’s vision and values. Our philosophy is simple: We CARE—about our guests, our team, and the experience we create together.

This is a live-out role, and we believe in rewarding hard work. Our service charge and tips typically add an extra £3 per hour to your wage. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring every shift is one we’re proud of.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
