What We Offer Our Assistant Managers:
What we look for in an Assistant Manager:
We are looking for someone motivated and ambitious to join our team at our friendly, food-focused pub.
We are preferably looking for someone with at least one year's experience in hospitality/customer service, and any supervisor/management experience is highly desirable. While experience is important, we're equally interested in finding someone with the right personality, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine desire to learn and develop their career in hospitality.
The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and motivated to maintain the highest standards throughout the business. Experience across bar and restaurant operations is of interest, along with being confident to lead by example, and enjoying supporting and developing others. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment are required.
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pub, working closely with the management team to inspire, train and support our staff. You'll help ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service, while contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.
If you're enthusiastic, driven, and looking for an opportunity to develop your hospitality career within a supportive and quality-focused team, we'd love to hear from you.
Start date - 8th September 2026. This could either be a full or part time role - approximately 20 to 35 hours per week.
