A First Watch server job focuses on providing excellent customer service during breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Servers are expected to learn and apply the Five Steps of Service, support team members, and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. They must be at least 18 years old and possess strong multitasking and menu knowledge skills.
