Time slows as you dip into a warm, immersive experience that revolves around the ubiquitous tradition of celebrating each meal. You’ll gather around tables that are home to chef-driven selections that draw from the rich culinary traditions of Mexican coastal cuisine refined by French technique and Japanese precision.
Casa Madera is a high-energy, fine-dining concept from hospitality group Noble 33, located in both West Hollywood and Toronto. 

Mission

Maximize store level restaurant sales by seeking out, identifying and fully qualifying all special events, BEO’s, buyouts and outside catering inquiries. 

Reports to the Director of Events regarding all special event bookings, BEO’s, buyouts form submissions and database maintenance. 


Outcomes

Drive Sales at Existing Venues

  • Hit all sales targets as set forth by Senior Events Manager

  • Increase event sales YoY at all stores

  • Identify partnerships and new business opportunities

  • Develop & Maintain all sales materials 

  • Ensure store level management is trained on event management & execution

  • Establish a road map for off-site catering sales

  • Work with local key influencers, hotels, retail outlets, apartment buildings, office buildings, convention & visitor bureaus; chambers


Lead Database Maintenance

    Maintain all leads and events in TripleSeat

  • Ensure all store level management is trained on TripleSeat

  • Ensure reservationists are trained in TripleSeat

  • Setup automated marketing triggers IE: Seasonal Events Marketing


Menu Development & Maintenance

  • Work with operations & culinary team to develop & maintain all special event menus

  • Build off site catering menu offerings

  • Develop & maintain customer facing menu materials


Meets & Exceeds Customer and Brand Expectations

  • Responds to all inquiries in a timely manner as set forth by Senior Events Manager

  • Ensure all store level management is trained on event expectations & management

  • Approach all leads with Guest First mentality
