Play Area Assistant

An opportunity has become available to join our Play Area team.

The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail, and a high standard of cleanliness. You will also have an enthusiastic attitude towards working around & interacting with families.

The role;

• Signing children in & out of the play area ensuring all rules of play are given out and adhered to at all times.
• Completing all open and close checks to the high standards already in place and reporting any issues to management.
• Work as a team with the other play area team members to ensure that the weekly cleaning schedule is completed.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment at all times to ensure all hazards are reduced to a low level, so that our play area is a safe space for children to play.
• Ensuring that all indoor and outdoor equipment is used safely so that the condition is always maintained to a high standard.
• Reporting back any issues to the management team.
• Making full use of our POS system and upselling food and drinks orders so that all possible sales are maximised.
• Children's parties; taking bookings for them and giving parents full and comprehensive information on what the party entails, on the day of the party set up the party area & ensure that all R.S.V.P.'s are in the folder and ready to be sent to the kitchen, during party ensure that you are attentive to all party guests including parents and families so that they are looked after, at the end of the party close down the area, laying the tables up ready for the area to return back to restaurant service.

Experience in a similar field is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
