We’re now looking to add Bar & Waiting Staff to our team at The Castle Carvery Clocktower in Norwich. We’re so proud of the team we have already built at The Clocktower, and it is currently undergoing some investment, making it an awesome place to choose to work.

The Clocktower is part of Red Cat Independent Pub’s carvery group, named Castle Carvery, and has an incredible reputation for serving both comforting home-made British pub classics and great Carvery fare. The pub is currently undergoing a refurbishment, and we are so excited to showcase the new Clocktower to the people of Norwich. The service is fast-paced and the food is freshly made on site, meaning the front-of-house team are always incredibly proud of the food offering at the pub.

The ideal Barman / Waiter will showcase a warm and welcoming demeanour and will do everything in their power to make the guest feel at home in the pub. We’re looking for someone who will work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude, ensuring they are creating memorable experiences for the guests and a fun environment for the rest of the front-of-house team. The successful candidate will be involved in running food to tables, clearing and relaying tables, upselling and making drinks, amongst other things.
