The Castle Carvery Clocktower in Norwich are now in the market to hire a warm and welcoming Host to join the team. The pub is undergoing investment, and we’re looking to attract a new Host to welcome the people of Norwich to their new favourite carvery.

The new Host will be approachable and warm-hearted, setting the pace for the guests' experience within the pub. They should be confident and a great communicator, ensuring all the guests enjoy their visit and cannot wait to look to return. We’re looking for someone who is unflappable and thrives under pressure, and will be a calming influence on both the guests and the rest of the team at The Clocktower. Ideally, the Host will be technologically adept, as there will be ongoing work managing booking systems etc too.

As mentioned, Castle Carvery Clocktower is about to undergo a major refurbishment, and we are so excited to showcase it to the people of Norwich. It is part of Red Cat Independent Pubs carvery syndicate, named Castle Carvery, which has been a mainstay of the Norfolk dining scene for many years. It offers an incredible carvery experience, as well as some more comforting British pub classics, all cooked from fresh.
