We are looking for  talented Breakfast Chefs to join our brand new team at the fully refurbished Castle of Brecon Hotel, Brecon. Due to open in early April we are looking to find a chef who loves early mornings! Working from 6.30am - 2.30pm, in our brand new kitchen, providing freshly cooked breakfasts for our hotel guests and then supporting with prep for the rest of the shift. We are happy to consider a job share , 2/3/ parttime roles but will need to cover 7 days a week .  A full-time role would be 5 days out of 7 .
