We are looking for  talented Restaurant and  Bar Assistants to join our team at the newly refurbished Castle of Brecon Hotel, Brecon. Due to open in early April we have a few vacancies for part-time staff to work in the beautiful new bar and stunning restaurant . You will need to be available for 2/3 shifts per week which will primarily be evenings and weekends, however we are also looking for a Breakfast Assistant to cover 3 /4 shifts a week from 7-12noon as well .
