The Coaching Inn Group  have recently completed  a £3million refurbishment plan at The Castle of Brecon Hotel and are now looking for an exceptional Junior Sous Chef to join the food operation.

• Passionate about fresh food and culinary excellence
• A desire to learn and develop in your culinary career.
• Previous experience of a high volume quality fresh food operation.
• Is used to working with labour and gross profit targets

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as  a senior CDP/ junior Sous Chef in a fresh food quality operation .
