We are looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our team at the newly refurbished Castle Hotel, Brecon. 

Working 3/4 shifts a week from 6.30am to 2.30pm  you will be providing freshly prepared , cooked to order breakfast for our resident hotel guests and supporting the team with prep for the rest of the day . Shifts will vary across the week and will include some weekend shifts .
