Description

Having recently refurbished and  successfully reopened The Castle of Brecon Hotel, Brecon we are now looking for an additional Sous  Chef to join the team and support with the level of trade . 

We are happy to consider requests for flexible working patterns with this role. You will need to have at least 1 years recent experience in a senior kitchen role within a quality fresh food kitchen which is used to a high volume of trade.  In this role there will be the opportunity to support with training and development for your future  career as well.
