After a £3.5 million refurbishment this hotel, known as the oldest hotel in Wales, has a brand new shiny kitchen, with a great new team who are looking for an inspirational leader to help them deliver amazing food in beautiful surroundings.
Do you relish the challenge of leading and developing a team? Do you enjoy a variety of work – from looking after our hotel guests to catering weddings, functions and events? Would you like to be involved in developing your new seasonal menu’s? Would you like working for a supportive senior management team who have been chefs? Would you appreciate a roaming team of chefs to support when you need it in your kitchen and a Regional Executive Chef to help with your personal development?
