As a Food and Beverage Team Member you will ensure that each and every guest that eats or drinks in our bar has a breath-taking experience. You will of course be serving food and drinks, taking orders and clearing tables, but more than that, you will be empowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their stays and make lifelong memories.

What will you be doing?

• Painting a fantastic first impression to guests by providing a welcoming environment for everyone.

• We understand that some people love working breakfast, some love Lunch and Dinner – you let us know what you want to work!

• Using a till to take orders and process payments
• Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Serving food and snacks
• Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available
• Maintain standards and have great attention to detail
