We're proud to be recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Hospitality, a London Living Wage employer, and a Workplace Mental Health Charter employer. Our culture is built around three simple values: Fun, Love & Energy.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help lead our Restaurant, Bar and Tea Lounge teams, creating memorable guest experiences while supporting and developing a passionate team of hospitality professionals.

This is an opportunity to join a business where your ideas are valued, your development is supported, and your contribution genuinely makes a difference.

We're also recognised as one of Caterer's Top 11 Best Places to Work and are winners of the AA Award for Best Large Hotel Team of the Year 2026/2027. These achievements reflect the exceptional people, culture and guest experiences that make our hotel truly special.

  • Private healthcare with 24/7 GP access for you and your household.
  • Financial wellbeing support and professional advice services.
  • Exclusive retail, leisure and restaurant discounts.
  • Marriott worldwide hotel discounts for you, your friends and family.
  • Ongoing opportunities to learn, grow and progress within a globally recognised hospitality brand.
  • A workplace where Fun, Love & Energy isn't a slogan. It's how we treat each other every day.
About the Role

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operation of our Restaurant, Bar and Tea Lounge.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, you'll help deliver exceptional service standards, inspire and develop colleagues, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining compliance with health, safety, hygiene and food storage regulations.
  • Supporting recruitment, training and development initiatives within the department.
  • Handling guest feedback professionally and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Creating a positive and engaged team culture where people can thrive.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory or management role.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and hospitality best practice.
