Criterion Capital is seeking a Senior Site Manager to help deliver a commercial to hotel conversion based in Central London. The role will include dealing with the day to day on-site management of the site. The project is a 500 room hotel refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day management including taking corrective action where necessary, and progressing them through to completion.
  • To liaise with project managers with all daily tasks relating to the site
  • To provide regular information and reports on progress and achievement of key milestones and project objectives.
  • To ensure accurate records are kept and documents filed.
  • To lead and motivate site teams, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency of delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, organisational policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, equality and diversity and quality
  • Carry out other duties from time to time as required by the employer.

About You:

  • Expertise in site management construction across a range of building and use types
  • 5 years experience of effectively site managing construction schemes and people
  • Excellent understanding of construction technology including design and construction defects and how to avoid them.
  • Experience in residential or hotel conversion experience is ideal
