Project: Office-to-hotel conversion
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term / project duration
Hours: 7:30am–5:00pm (overtime/weekends may be available)
Rate: Competitive (CIS / PAYE options available)

The Role

We’re recruiting experienced Ductwork Fitters to join the mechanical team on a high-profile office-to-hotel conversion in Central London. You’ll be installing a variety of ducting systems across guest rooms, corridors, risers, plant rooms, and back-of-house areas.

Duties

  • Installation of rectangular & spiral ductwork
  • Fitting brackets, supports, and hangers
  • Grilles, diffusers & fan coil connections
  • Working from drawings and coordinating with AC/plumbing teams
  • Ensuring work meets site QA and H&S standards

Requirements

  • CSCS Card (HVAC/Mechanical)
  • Proven experience as a Duct Fitter on commercial projects
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Own tools and PPE
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable: IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling
