Key Responsibilities

-        Support senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of refined, high-quality dishes

-        Maintain clean and tidy kitchen workstations that meet UK food safety and hygiene standards

-        Assist with mise en place, stock control, and rotation of fresh produce

-        Embrace opportunities to learn and develop culinary skills.

-        Work efficiently under pressure during peak service, always with a positive, can-do attitude

-        Support the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests

-        Follow recipes and cooking techniques as directed by the chef team.

What We're Looking For

-        A passion for cooking and a strong desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

-        Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary training is a plus but not required.

-        An eagerness to learn and willingness to follow direction from senior chefs

-        Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency

-        Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused in a fast-paced environment

-        Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays

-        Excellent team spirit and communication skills
