Overview:

The Service Team Leader for CÉ LA VI is responsible for supervising the service team leading by example, and fostering a positive working environment conducive to teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

Ability to work well with colleagues, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities:

-          Supervise and support service staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards of service

-          Train new team members on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction techniques

-          Monitor the front-of-house area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations

-          Handle guest inquiries and general complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction

-          Assist with inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed to support efficient operations

Requirements:

-          Experience working in a fast-paced high-end venue

-          Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

-          Good communication skills

-          Skill in guiding and mentoring less experienced team members
