CÉ LA VI London is seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team, deliver exceptional service, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Floor Manager Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the entire departmental operation replace with Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to attain revenue and profitability targets.
  • Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.
  • Drive and inspire a team to provide outstanding service and accomplish goals.
  • Foster and sustain partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop a database of loyal clientele.
  • Manage the recruitment and retention processes within the department.
  • Ensure adherence to service standards within the department.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of manpower.
  • Authorize and request departmental training to enhance team development and foster business growth.
  • Ensuring the department's compliance with all workplace safety standards.


Required Skills & Qualification:
