 We are currently recruiting for a Group Billing Co-ordinator to join the team with Edwardian Hotels London. 

 Overview:

·         As a Group Billing Co-ordinator you will support the finance, sales and operation teams with information on accounting, contracting, pro - forma invoice preparation, payments and any other information required.

·         You will assist in developing relevant budgets and forecasts for the finance team.

·         You will review and analyse financial objectives in conjunction with the Hotel Financial Controller checking all the control accounts.

·         You will also support with the annual audit process inclusive of external auditors in terms of preparing balance sheet.

 About You:

·          Working knowledge of Opera.

·          Previous experience in billings within a hotel environment is desirable but not essential.

·          A record of demonstrable personal achievement with proven management skills.

·         Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to liaise effectively with non-financial staff.

·         A team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organisational skills.

·         Client focused approach to work.

·         IT literate.
