The Coaching Inn Group is seeking experienced and driven General Managers to lead our unique and characterful hotels with a growing portfolio of historic coaching inns across the UK, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, outstanding food, and warm, welcoming service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding company where you can truly make your mark. We have several opportunities available across our estate in the UK

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotel, leading your team to deliver excellence across all areas of the business. You will be commercially focused, people-driven, and committed to maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
  • Manage budgets, costs, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
  • Champion the Coaching Inn Group brand and values

About You

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • A natural leader with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and guest service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
