Groups Coordinator ***Award winning hotel collection***

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Groups Coordinator to join our dedicated Reservations team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the key point of contact for group bookings—ensuring smooth coordination from first enquiry to guest departure across our nine luxury properties located in London, Dorset, and Edinburgh. This full-time position is perfect for someone with experience in hotel reservations or looking to grow within the industry and has a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

Location: London, Victoria 

Employment type: Full-time 

Working pattern: 40 Hours per week - Monday to Friday

Salary:  £27,905 annually

Key Responsibilities as a Groups Coordinator:

  • Coordinate all aspects of group reservations from initial enquiry to post-departure follow-up.
  • Respond to group enquiries, prepare detailed quotations, and communicate with hotel General Managers.
  • Use Opera and Proposal systems to input data, manage reservations, and generate proposals.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, hotel teams, Sales, and Meetings & Events departments.
  • Generate contracts and invoices, manage group payments and track deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate rooming lists and timely updates in the booking systemConduct arrival checks and support operational excellence throughout the booking lifecycle.
