We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our People & Culture team and oversee recruitment for all UK hotels. We are seeking someone with previous experience in an inhouse recruiter role, ideally within hotels or hospitality, who has excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring that Red Carnation Hotels continues to build a team of exceptional individuals who share our commitment to excellence in hospitality. This position reports into the Assistant Director of People & Culture and oversees a team of two colleagues.
Location: Central Head Office, London SW1X 7HH, UK
