We are seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our HR function and champion a culture of care, excellence, and growth at Hôtel d’Angleterre. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and advising on all HR matters, supporting and empowering our managers and team members to ensure they have the guidance, resources, and inspiration needed to deliver exceptional Forbes 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads to uphold Forbes 5-Star service standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on Swiss and Geneva employment law.
  • Lead recruitment for senior roles and support departmental hiring.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage HR systems, including Harri ATS.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labour regulations and GDPR.
  • Oversee onboarding, performance appraisals, and career development.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and support payroll processes.

About You:

  • Proven HR experience within the Swiss hospitality sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Geneva and Swiss employment law.
  • Experience in luxury hotels with familiarity with Forbes standards.
  • Fluent in English and French (German is an advantage).
  • A natural coach and communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, discreet, and culturally aware, with a genuine passion for people and hospitality.
