As FOH assistant, you will work closely with the General Manager and your day-to-day will involve:

• Serving and hosting guests.
• Ensuring company standards are achieved across our food, beverage, and accommodation offering.
• Make sure all opening and closing procedures are completed to the expected standards.

• Cash and stock handling.
