Patisserie Chanson is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated baristas. Chanson is located in the heart of the Flatiron District and is looking for motivated people with a positive attitude and a passion for coffee and hospitality. We are proudly serving Stumptown Coffee and will provide an intensive training at their facilities for our team members.

Key Requirements:
Positive, friendly attitude
Minimum 1 years experience making coffee and espresso drinks
Flexible schedule
Can handle the busy morning rush
Self-motivated and customer service-oriented
Ability to think quickly and problem-solve
Highly skilled and consistent in all areas of coffee and tea service
Able to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and organization behind the bar
Able to communicate effectively with management, peers and guests
Customer service oriented/ friendly personality


Responsibilities:
Making and serving hot and cold beverages including coffee and espresso drinks
Welcoming customers and helping them to determine their coffee interests
Educating customers about the menu options
Opening and closing the station
Maintaining inventory
Keeping equipment clean and in running order
