As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the daily operations of our restaurant, collaborating closely with senior management and team members to uphold our commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service and exceeding guest expectations. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day management and operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Cultivate strong and professional relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, communicating effectively with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to uphold the highest standards of service quality and consistency.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the team to align on objectives and expectations, fostering a cohesive and motivated work environment.
  • Implement strategies to enhance staff retention and development, nurturing a talented and engaged team.

What you Need:

  • Prior experience as a Restaurant or F&B Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
  • Demonstrated passion for Food and Beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients.
  • Understanding of current market trends and awareness of potential competitors.
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of service delivery.
